During the month of December 2020, the employees, friends, and families of Underwood & Rosenblum, Inc. donated over $10,000 to Second Harvest Food Bank (SHFB). Underwood & Rosenblum, Inc. then matched these donations, bringing them to over $20,000. The SHFB Board of Directors then matched all of that again, bringing the combined donation to over $40,000.
SHFB is one of the largest food distribution non-profit organizations in Santa Clara County. They use in-kind donations and bulk buying privileges to distribute food to needy families throughout the south bay. On Wednesday mornings, they have a distribution site half a mile from our office, on Berger Drive near the County Registrar of Voters. Our staff took the attached pictures there on a recent Wednesday morning.
