One of the most famous scenic vistas in the world is the Tunnel View Overlook on Highway 41 in Yosemite National Park. Almost anyone who has ever visited Yosemite Valley has a photo taken from this scenic road stop. Located at the east end of the mile-long Wawona Tunnel, the overlook is constructed on the granite tailings pulled from a road tunnel specifically designed to line up with the view of the valley. El Capitan anchors on the left; Half Dome looms in the distance; and Bridal Veil Falls pours in the foreground in this photographer’s scenic wonder.
