An ever-evolving land development industry has put pressures on all civil engineers and land surveyors to learn new standards and ways to do things. At Underwood & Rosenblum, Inc., we have maintained our commitment to keeping up with all the latest technology and policy changes affecting our profession. And doing so has resulted in some notable professional advancements for many of its staff.
Recently U&R has seen Theo Martinez obtain his State professional land surveyor’s license (PLS). Dave Voorhies and Mark Sorenson have become State certified qualified SWPPP Developers and Practitioners (QSD and QSP’s). Chris Rudd and Amara Kamara have each advanced to become State certified Land Surveyors in Training (LSIT’s). And Dave Voorhies has achieved certification as a LEED Accredited Professional. U&R salutes the accomplishments of these dedicated employees.
In addition to the above individual achievements, the entire staff at U&R has mastered the latest software. We all use 2013 Civil 3D and AutoCAD. Last year we purchased a new, high speed, high capacity plotter/ scanner to keep up with project demands. U&R is fully committed to keeping up to speed for the benefit of clients, associates and staff.
